Katie grew up dancing at Studio 22 and was a member of the High Tek competitive dance program from Minis through Junior All Stars, as well as Company 22. During her time at the studio, she earned multiple UDA National and Summit Championship titles and had the opportunity to compete at the USASF Dance Worlds Championship.

In high school, Katie was a member of the Maine South Varsity Hawkettes, helping lead the team to a National Championship title her senior year. She later served as a Universal Dance Association (UDA) Instructor, teaching camps across the country and assisting with competitions and events, including the UDA College Combine.

Katie continued her dance career at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a member of the Illinettes Dance Team. She graduated from the Gies College of Business in May 2026 and is excited to return to Studio 22, where she will be coaching the Youth Red and Youth Black teams. Katie is passionate about helping young dancers build confidence, develop strong technique, and create lasting memories through dance.
