Wil began his formal training at Faubourg School of Ballet under the direction of Watmora Casey. He placed 1st and 3rd at the Chicago Youth America Grand Prix competition in pas de deux and solo categories qualifying him to compete as a NYC finalist. After competing, Wil furthered his training at Houston Ballet Academy, Milwaukee Ballet School, Miami City Ballet School, and as a trainee performing with The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago. Professionally, Wil was a principal dancer in the European tour of Best of: Rock the Ballet with Sweetbird Productions under the direction of Adrienne Canterna-Martinez. Wil also performed in The Old Globe Theatre production Guys and Dolls directed by Josh Rhodes and the BalletCollective production The Night Falls directed by New York City Ballet Soloist Troy Schumacher. Additionally, Wil performed the role of Waz in the Cirque du Soleil production Volta under artistic director Michael G. Smith. Wil was also a part of Cirque du Soleil’s Paramour the Musical in Hamburg, Germany under the direction of Tony award-winning choreographer Sergio Trujillo. Most recently, Wil danced the role of Haman at AD Players in the production of Esther starring Sharna Burgess (DWTS) under the direction of Rachel Klein and choreographer Chase Brock. TV credits include The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel; McDonald’s Thanksgiving Day Parade; and Germany’s Next Top Model.
