Service Description

This class is the best introduction to Acro technique. Our Basic level class focuses on developing proper technique in bridges and cartwheels. Dancers will work towards building back strength and flexibility. Dancers will learn to go down to bridge and back to standing, along with proper executing cartwheeels. Our Acro program is taught by AAC2 certified instructors and run classes based off mastering a series of progressions before moving on to the next skill. This method helps keep the dancers safe and can help prevent injury by incorrectly demonstrating skills.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 24hrs in advance to be eligible for a refund. A 5% administration fee will be applied to any approved refunds.
