Service Description

These classes are taught by a certified Stretch & Flexibility teacher who knows how to safely and effectively improve dancer's flexibility. This class is the perfect supplementary class to any dancer's repertoire. Our flexibility is a vital part of our dance training and directly effects our ability to achieve many skills. Obtaining strength and flexibility help prevent injury in dance. Add this weekly class to your line up and see your progress grow!

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 24hrs in advance to be eligible for a refund. A 5% administration fee will be applied to any approved refunds.
