Service Description
*This is an Intermediate and Advanced level class. This class is geared for dancers 10+ who train at an advanced intermediate level. For example, this class is set for dancers on the YAS, Junior, and JAS 25-26 dance teams.* Progressions classes are about learning to move across the floor through movement and skill, while focusing on proper execution. We will focus on connections of skills to movement, proper weight-shifting, and efficient transitioning.
