Our #TRAININSANE program is mapped out for optimal training in styles like Pom, Kick, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary/Lyrical and Acro. These classes are designed specifically with dance team auditions in mind. Dancers will work on the technique of each style as well as practice picking up choreography by learning new combinations/skills each week.
Dancers can purchase an Unlimited Class Pass which allows them to drop in to any and all of the 48 classes offered during the 10 weeks OR classes can be taken as Drop-ins. We encourage dancers to try all style classes so that they are well-rounded going into auditions, however, dancers can tailor this program to fit their team's needs by choosing class styles that will be used in their audition.
Recommended class tracks are separated by levels. There is a Beginner/Intermediate Track which is suitable for newer dancers, dancers with beginner/intermediate skill level, or dancers with little to no competitive dance experience. We also offer an Advanced Track which is best for intermediate/advanced level dancers who are experienced with competitive dance.
HOW IT WORKS:
